Our updated website offers our wholesale customers pictures of all our designs.  It does not, however, give you the wholesale pricing information. The retail price shown on the website is for the general public. Wholesale customers must call 1-800-252-4245 or email info@wheelhousedesigns.com and request a wholesale price sheet to be mailed, emailed or faxed.  This can be used while looking at our designs on the website while putting your order together. Your order can be faxed, emailed, mailed or called in (EST 8-5pm). Feel free to use your own order sheet when making your selections from our website home page.

We want your wholesale buying experience to be smooth and efficent.  We found shopping via the shopping cart method for wholesale orders was rarely used and not working to our mutual benefit. We found it necessary to keep up with the ever changing world of technology.  Passwords are no longer necessary.

This wedsite will keep you up to date on the newest designs not shown in our current catalog.

Payment Terms: Net 30 terms on approved accounts only.  First order Credit Card or COD.  Business Tax ID required.

                    Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa and Discover processed on ship date, company check, certified bank check, money order.

Shipping Information: All orders are shipped FOB from Morrisville, Vermont. UPS & FED EX ground unless  otherwise  requested  by 

                    customer. (additional charges may apply).

                    Sock Orders: Ship within 5 - 14 business days                                                                                                          

                    Name Drop Socks: Ship 6 - 8 weeks after art approval
